Just a summary recap of the expectations for those who wish to earn the Core Raiding rank when we soon review all the apps and re-rank the guild.

#1 - Minimum 70% attendance to all 25 man raids.
#2 - On time, and stay till the end for every raid attended (not just ready but AT the location for the days raid.
#3 - Keeps silent in Vent unless a raid leader, or is necessary during a fight.
#4 - Comes fully gemmed, enchanted, and uses all available buffs (food, flask, elixirs, pots, and scrolls).
#5 - Knows thy class and spec (no misplaced gear or enchants i.e. hunter with strength)
#6 - Either has experience with or studied up on each and every fight. Detailed info has been posted in our forums by Dapimphand on all current raid bosses. Also more info is available through online sources.
#7 - Maintains a great and positive attitude and brings energy to the raid.

Please do not apply for a core spot if you cannot achieve the listed requirements. IF you are app'ing for a core spot, please understand that your rank is only kept through maintaining these responsibilities.
