We are (applaud) pretty close to carrying out our goals of being a real raiding guild. Although we have walked the walk of a raiding guild for the past several months, with having killed most 25 man bosses, we still lacked some of the organization and systematic behaviors of a true raiding guild. Our ranking system and looting system were both under utilized.

Tonight we will be re-working our ranking system. The new ranking system will be as follows:

TNE Raiders
TNE Reserves
Casuals
Alts
Guests

The "Raiders" rank will be those approved from the application process to be one of the core raiders in 25 man content. Players in this rank will be given priority in raids and will be held accountable for meeting the expectations for the rank.

The "Reserves" rank will be those given priority to step in for a "Raiders" spot when needed. DKP will be earned and spent as normal for this rank.

The "Casuals" rank will be those who do not meet the qualifications for the Raiders or Reserves ranks and do not have to meet any of the raiding expectations of either ranks. No DKP will be earned, tracked, or accumulated for this rank.

The "Guests" rank is for all new members during their trial period with the guild in order to determine where they fall.

All ranks are NOT PERMANENT. It is very possible (and easy) to lose your spot as a TNE Raiders if you do not meet the epxectations therein and it is also possible for a TNE Reserves to step it up and be promoted. The best and most consistent players will see themselves to the top while the ones that struggle will have to learn and skill up.

PS.... if you have not yet filled out an application for a Core Raiding spot.. you will be placed into the Casuals rank until you do so. Keep in mind that the TNE Raiders rank is limited to approximately 30 players.... app now before you lose your spot.

PSS.... we will be implementing our DKP addon this evening as well and will be used immediately on all 25 man raids.
