wowmb.net is a great resource. Tons of theorycrafting, top gear lists for each slot, builds, everything. maxdps.com is another one I use, but I don't like their inflexibility in build/cast sequence reliance in rating gear. be.imba.hu is necessary for L70 chars - follow their recomendations!
